Parcel Collect is a new parcel collection service from Royal Mail.
You can book a collection online and your parcel will be collected from your front door.
Best of all it’s FREE of charge to UR customers and there’s no need to leave home.
How it works
Sell your device to us via sell.ur.co.uk
We then email you confirmation of your order and instructions including a freepost label you can print yourself. This is the quickest way to send it to us.
Make sure your device is clear of any accounts/icloud etc - remove all sim/memory cards and package securely.
If you print the label, you can book a collection immediately via the Royal Mail website by clicking the link below.
If you need a freepost pack then contact us and you can book a collection as soon as it arrives.
Booking your collection
Find the 13-character tracking number on your freepost label - it will be below the barcode on the right hand side of the label in the format AB 1111 0000 1CD between two '#' marks - you dont need the # marks, just the letters and numbers.
Click “Yes, there’s a tracking number” and enter your 13-character tracking number in the box that appears below. Then enter '750' Grams in the item weight box and tick small parcel - it should look like the picture below. Click the Continue button at the bottom
On the "Collection address" form, start entering your postcode to lookup the address you want it collected from. Enter your name in the "Sender name" box and click Continue.
Select your preferred date and then click Add to basket.
Finally, enter your email address to confirm your order, tick both confirmation boxes and click "Complete purchase free of charge".
