In 2022 an estimated 5.3 billion mobile phones were forecast to be discarded, contributing to around 6 million tonnes of e-waste a year. The materials used to make them are becoming increasingly scarce - and digging deeper to produce new devices harms the environment and local mining communities.

Newer devices are being produced all the time - but we only get one planet. If you sell your mobile, this enables us to recycle limited materials like copper, aluminium and gold, reducing water contamination, protecting natural habitats and helping to improve conditions for mining communities.

Once we have received your device, our skilled team checks the IMEI number before assessing the overall condition of the device. If it cannot be refurbished, the materials can be extracted to create a variety of different items ranging from everyday plastic items to jewellery.

It’s easy to recycle, trade or sell your phone: just provide us with the make, network provider and model. If you are happy with the price we offer, send us the serial or IMEI number to complete the sale before packaging and posting your device to us.

You make your order initially online, choose your model/memory and category your device comes under and fill out the required details.

Once complete you will receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has been placed and we will send you a pre-paid label via email or if you have requested a sales pack this will be sent out to you.

Once you receive your sales pack you just need to ensure your device is free from any iCloud / Google accounts and passcodes. If we receive a device with an account or passcode still active on it this may result in the device being returned as we will be unable to process it.

Once we receive your device you will receive a confirmation email from us notifying you we have received it and that it will now be processed.

Your device will be fully inspected and tested by our highly trained technicians. If the device for any reason does not meet the chosen category an amended offer may be sent otherwise your order will go straight to payment.

In the interest of privacy, we ask that you ensure all personal data including cloud accounts and PIN numbers are removed before sending your phone to us.

If you don’t have the original packaging for your mobile, don’t worry - we can send a mailing pack out (typically within 24 hours of your order), with a postage label and instructions, so that you can pack your phone securely and return it to us (please do not send additional accessories or chargers).
